I researched marketing and advertising on the Internet. I learned that consumers are paying more attention and buying more things on the Internet opposed to going shopping. They are not interested in things that are inconvenient to them, they want to do things fast, easy and convenient. Therefore buying and selling products on the Internet has exploded within the past years. Selling on the Internet is a prime selling point for companies, therefore businesses are focusing and spending most of their marketing money on marketing on the Internet. One of the articles explains techniques that you should use to help make the marketing and advertising for your company successful. One thing that I thought was interesting was that the author of this article said, "You can think of strategy as the sight on a rifle. If the sight is even slightly out of adjustment, you'll end up wide of the target or you might miss the target altogether." That goes to show that you need to know what you are talking about because if you don't then you might not succeed with marketing on the web.
